PARENT ACCESS INFORMATION
Warroad Public Schools has undergone the change to a new online system called Genesis. Genesis allows faculty, students, and parents to access their child or student's information such as account balances, grades, lesson plans, etc. In order for parents to view this information they must contact the school office to receive their account activation letter.
Geneis is NOT the same as the log-in box you see to your left. This is the log-on area for teachers, administrators or anyone who has access to a page on this website (not Genesis). To access Genesis once you have your activation letter please click on "Genesis Access" seen in the menu on the left. |

ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM
We are pleased to announce that we have completed the setup necessary to allow parents to make online payments to their child's lunch accounts.
To get started you can click on the above Payschools Logo or you will also be able to access the payment portal from within the Parent Vue section of Genesis under the Lunch Activity tab.

SCHOOL REACH UPDATE
The automated phone system (School Reach) will be turned on for the year starting 9/15/11 regarding daily attendance for grades 7-12. Parents will receive calls in the evening if their child has missed any portion of the school day, excluding school activities. This is an automatic system that extracts data from Genesis. This is just another way that we're trying to communicate with parents. If parents have questions about which period the absence occurred, the reason their child missed, etc... please check your Genesis Parent Portal or call the office for clarification.
